  • Too big for my taste. I'd say at your height you weight around 60 kilo. Losing 10 kilo might get where you want to be.

    That's just me though. I like petite and slim, subtly curvy girls. But I know know lots of guys who prefer girls exactly your size. Maybe you should just tone up? What kinds of guys do you want to attract? Guys like me or guys like my friends I mentioned. I mean, maybe you don't need to do anything.

    You're a female so there will always be guys who prefer your type body wise.

    Now if this isn t your ideal shape and you d like to be more thin/tonned this is what you need to do:
    Lose 3 to 4 kilos max and exercise a bit. Cardio and lifts.
    Mainly work in your shoulders so they d look more broad and some squats for your butt.
    Dont start lifting before you d have lost some weight since younre gonna gain muscle weight and would look thicker.
    After loosing a bit tummy fat do some sit ups.

    • Crunshes and squats dancing i did but i don't notice change especially in my belly

    • You should do HIIT training/ cross fit. Short spurts of High intensity exercises. Also use some light weights.

  • How to find out what your Normal weight is: 5'4= 162 cm. You always take 100 away, doesn't matter if you're boy or girl. So 162-100=62. 62 is your NORMAL WEIGHT, if you are here and have 1 or 2 kilos more or less you're HEALTHY. Now lets find out what your IDEALWEIGHT would be:Boys have to take away 10% from the Normal Weight and girls 15%. So 62x15/100=9,3 kilos. You take away 9,3 kilos from 62. Your IDEALWEIGHT would be 52,7 kg. 1-2 kilos more or less is fine and you're REALLY HEALTHY!

It just should stop there I'd say. 5 kilos over or under, thats where you should draw the line. And about the metric system: Its so much more efficient and usefull than foot or inches or whatever you call it πŸ˜‚ never understood why americans decided not to use it.     I'm 15, exactly the same height and I look the same! Seriously, if you're worried, look at your BMI, I'd expect you to be in the ideal range because your body is perfect!
    But please please don't think that you're fat, because you're curvy- because you have wider hips but your waist goes right in. Also, we're the same shape and probably size, and I have to go to the doctors a lot and they always tell me that my body is perfect for the height I am now and that it's healthy.
    If our bodies are so similar and mine is supposedly perfectly okay, yours should be too...
