Would you say my exercise is paying off or at least makes me look athletic?

My routine is 5 days a week of -
4 Sets x 25 15kg Dumbell Curls Each Arm
50 Pushups
50 Situps
2 Sets x 25 Dips

My diet is -
Breakfast - Shredded Wheat and Orange Juice
Lunch - Ham Sandwich, Actimel and Water
Dinner - Standard Meal like Spag Bowl, Fish + Chips, Roast Pizza, Lasagne etc...
Cereal Bar and Actimel as a Snack

I know i'm still not toned enough but i think the core muscle is their -
Would you say my exercise is paying off or at least makes me look athletic?

Also Height is 6ft and Weight is 11 Stone 9 Pounds!
