If you feel you look fat but the scale says you are within the normal weight range for your age/gender/height, then you do NOT need to lose weight.
Losing weight will only make the number on the scale go down but not how fat you think you look.
You need to do weighted exercises. You will lower your body fat percentage and create a leaner, fitter, more toned look. You will look like you weigh less and feel better but you'll weigh the same or maybe more.
The number on the scale may not change or it may go up, but the numbers on the TAPE MEASURE will go down and those are the numbers you really should be looking at.
