For some unlucky people (including me) the fat won't get to the bum or the boobs.. It will go to the belly and the rest of the body except for those lucky parts.. 😒
And squats only help with forming the bum.. not making it bigger or fatter.
So unless you're born with a huge bum it would take a lot of stuggle and work to get a okay booty.0
I'm trying to get a bigger bum before Spring of 2016. I've been doing squats faithfully everyday like it's a religion... until I got sick and couldn't do anything. Now I feel like I'm back to square one. So I would say squats but gaining weight while doing squats I think is good.0
