  • I'm a certified health coach, and I will tell you that you are obese, but the good news is you are young and can reverse this! If you want to lose weight quickly and in a healthy way, here are some tips: cut back on sugar, don't eat white bread, cut back on gluten. Fat doesn't actually cause you to get fat, it is inflamation caused by sugar and things that turn into sugar (corn, starches, gluten). Try interval training. Run on a treadmill as fast as you can for 30 seconds, and then walk for 90 seconds. Repeat this cycle for 15 minutes a day.

  • I think you're a bigger girl but as long as you're happy that's all that matters. Mind you, if you're worried about your health, that's another story. Naturally I don't know your medical background (you could be completely healthy for all I know) but if you aren't sure, you may want to ask your doctor about what a healthy weight should be for you at your height and with your body type.

  • Yeap! You Need to follow a strict diet and exercise.. It only seems hard at the beginning but if you set your mind on it and stick to it, it's so easy to keep going after that... Do meal preps and set times for your meals, so you won't overheat or snack on sugary foods.

    I won't recommend a weight for your because I don't know your bone structure.

    I'm 5' 7'', but when I weigh the same as most "normal" girls my height, I look like a skeleton. I DO have big bones and I had to gain some 10-15 pounds to finally look good with 130 pounds.

    Be careful when figuring out your ideal weight. See what makes you feel good, look nice and most of all feel healthy. (also eat healthy to get there; google: WFPB diet)

  • According to BMI, you are obese. Your bmi is 32.5. BMI isn't the most accurate way to measure weight because it doesn't take bone structure and muscle mass into account, but for your BMI to be normal, you have to get down to at least 140 pounds. :) You can do it girl! I believe in you. You're not even that overweight. I think you can lose 45 pounds easily by exercising and changing your food choices to healthier options. Good luck girl! ❤️

  • Your super overweight. I'm 5'2" and I never even weighed nearly that much at the end of my pregnancy. I'm now back at 112. This picture is dark and blurry so you can't see your body at all. But all you had to post was your height and your weight and everyone could have told you that your obese.
