  • Your height and weight sound perfect to me! Those other measurements don't really mean anything to me as I can't exactly picture them in my head, so without an actual picture, I can't give you a for sure answer. But whether you're trying lose a little weight, or even gain a little weight in muscle, don't let anything stop you! The fact that you're getting involved with fitness in itself is what matters more than anything! Everybody needs to exercise, regardless of how good they already look. It's the healthy thing to do.

  • It depends on your build, if you're naturally skinny probably 110-120, if you have a butt and boobs or have muscle from sports/working out probably 125-140
