  • do barbell squats in the 10-15 rep range and walking lunges 15-30 rep range, and keep a proper diet with a decent amount of protein, keep doing it for 2-3 months, u can't expect to get immediate results over night.

    • 30 day challenges don't really work, Do it with weights and join gym. Like if you can squat highest 95 pounds, do 1 set of 8 reps squatting 45, then do 75 for 8 and then 95 for 8. Much more useful

  • It's not that appealing, but i guess you could do more squats
