You have gym clothes, do you exercise?
Sit-ups would do good for you, I'd say you need to work on your butt and legs but that's just my opinion.
Try working on your abs as well, specially on the sides if you'd like to improve your shape.
At this point, I don't think you need to do cardio because you don' really need to lose any weight. Just do reps and be consistent. Watch the diet also, eat fiber and protein to gain muscle on your lower body.3
