You could theoretically lose 100lbs, but is it realistic? Just do the exercise and healthy eating anyway and stick to it, but don't have a particular goal in mind, that's what I do. If you have an unrealistic goal in mind, you'll only be disappointed when you don't reach it, and that can lead you to quitting.
Start a plan and you'll feel better, and maybe you'll lose some weight, but don't make that the sole purpose of it, if that makes sense? Don't set yourself up to fail, and yes you look fine to me (duckface aside :p)0

It doesn't matter what anyone else tells you. If you don't like the way you are, you'll never be happy. If you do like how you look, then who cares what others think?
Be happy in your own skin.
That's what's most important.
*but within reason, you don't want to die from health problems related to weight. Try not to be too much overweight. I understand stuff happens and it's really hard to lose the weight, but if you are feeling unhealthy and crappy all the time, you should do something about it!1
