  • You do look different. It's not possible to gain much muscle in 6 days though. Your legs, stomach and frame look bigger too so I bet the difference has to do with a camera setting or angle. Your butt looks smaller. I think squats will add muscle and not make it smaller. I don't know. Good luck though. You may see results in 30 days but I recommend trying for months if you want noticeable results.

  • After six days, nothing will have changed. If you want to get in shape (and change your shape) then you have to make a lifestyle change, not a silly short term 'challenge'. It's great that you've started working out, now you need to make a plan for how you can ensure you keep doing it long-term.

  • 100% absolute difference... Keep that tummy tight! Not with crunches but make sure to tense the abs with pretty much everything you do. Do it while you do the squats, while running, while breathing, jumping around, I don't know what you do. Be a plank? Do a yoga? Also don't stop exercising once you have completed the duration that this challenge stipulates. Because you will no longer make progress and your results will be lost.
