How much bodyfat do I have?

  • you look around 20%. lift 4-5 days a week
    first 2 months if you have just started lifting i would start with 3000 calories a day heavy lifting skip the cardio and take some bcaas and casein before bed.

    lift 4-5 days a week and do cardio on off days. eat around 2500 calories a day. you'll see results quick. same supplements. maybe add cla if your good
