  • You don't need to lose any weight. Your body is perfectly fine the way it is now. Just keep exercising for the sake of staying healthy and it will get even better, Just to clarify, I'm not saying your body is fine in the way where "Oh, all bodies are beautiful, blah, blah". At face value, your body is good the way it is.

  • Do you feel you need to lose weight? I think you look fine, but if you want to lose weight then there is nothing wrong with that. Just make sure you are doing it for yourself though and not because of anyone on here or in your life.

    if you're concerned about the excess fat around your midsection, understand it's extremely difficult to lose. requires strict dieting by avoiding all carbs. so unless you want to eat chicken breasts, nuts, and vegetables... you're not gonna see any results.

    Really it's all what you want. Personally I think you are fine, and you don't need to lose weight. However if you want to, just start with 50-100 situps a night. Literally you don't need anything else, you look good!
