  • I don't think you need to do anything. If you wanted to change your body a bit, I wouldn't focus on losing weight but rather toning (lifting and weight training). It looks like you're a healthy weight just a bit soft. But completely a healthy and normal weight! It seems like your arms and legs are nicely toned, I'd just focus a bit on your core and do core exercised as well.

  • None. You need to work out and move what you have around. You look to have the frame for a bubble butt but you'll need lots of exercise like squats to get there. Find a gym with a personal trainer to help you design a program.
