Gym journey month 3. How do I look?

This is right after worked out so my muscles are a little big bigger than they usually are but I'm on month three of my gym journey. How do I look? Gym journey month 3. How do I look?

    What is your calories, protein, carbs, fat etc.. intake daily?

    • I haven't been keeping track of that that much. I usually always drink a protein shake after I workout and sometimes I eat meals that have around 20 grams of protein.

    • You can make proteine shake yourself, here's a quick recipe
      2 scoop proteine powder
      2 cups whole milk
      1/2 cups dry oat
      1 medium banana
      1 tbsp peanut butter
      2-3 cups ice
      then blend!

      This should give you more or less
      1000 calories
      30g fat (Yes fat is good for musle building)
      90g carbs
      70g proteine, depend on powder

      Easy nutriment along with regular meal, eat lot of chicken :P

    But you need to get more thickness to you.
    Up or calorie intake, drink more water and lift heavy. In a year you will make a very dramatic change,
