I've been at the gym for a while now I've been pushing myself a lot, the top pic was last night and the bottom was a month and a half ago, am I making good progress?

So now you got the shape you want. that means it's time to mix in more lighter reps and aerobic (no, i'm not talking about aerobics) forms of excercise, to build endurance. Because no point looking strong if you're dead tired after just an hour or two XD1
