    Nothing's wrong with it you look healthy but if you want to prefect you should start to work out. Try to build some abs, pecs, and I'm sure you already have muscles just tighten them up the same for your thighs 👍

    • Thanks. At the minute I can't really afford the gym I started doing a few home exercises like crunches, sit ups, squats and planking. Plus ice been going swimming a lot and jogging so hopefully I start to see some improvements, even slight improvements would be nice.

  • Not a bad body, your boxers are just too tight.
    Maybe hit the gym a few times a week if you want to improve. Do a mix of cardio and weights.

  • well your legs are not skinner compared to the rest of you, so that's good that you have good proportions, just gym more and your body will be a 10. I recommend cardio for now tho build up your stamina and stretch your muscles for about a month then hit the gym. 😌

    Don't cut your a beginner eat maintenance caliores you builed muscle and lose fat.

    • Yeah I've been doing a few exercises hopefully they come off.

    • Go to hundred pressups. Com they how program there. It quite fun and you what get bored.

      The end goal is to do 100 pressups in one.
