I'm I too fat? I gained weight this past month and it makes me insecure. I always worry about my weight and had an eating disorder.

Being healthy isn't about a number. Just eat healthy food and try and exercise at least 3 times a week and whatever weight you end up with is what you should weigh. But your diet is the biggest thing here.
And diet doesn't mean malnourish yourself because then your metabolism will slow down and you won't lose weight at all and you'll just feel like shit from starving yourself. Eat. Just make sure you eat healthy0
