Eat healthier. University cafeteria's are really just pushing to make people fat. They have like two whole buffet tables just of deserts and only like half of one on vegetables. But yeah make yourself eat healthier. Just imagine yourself forming a more toned body whenever you eat healthy food that you don't enjoy. It makes eating easier and you feel the urge to eat it more.0

Regarding your body I think it's actually still a normal weight so nothing to seriously worry about but if you wanna lose weight the only way that ever really works for certain is plenty of exercise and a healthy diet.0
