22.8 is a lot high. Be carefull because that's bad for your health.
Not eating does not make your fat go away.
Eat a lot, only good things, you need nutrients.
See the glicemic level of what you eat.
Don't eat any shit with "diet" or "light" written on them, that's crap

That's not high at all. Plus BMI is a terrible judge of your body. It literally takes into account weight and height, and nothing else. You can actually have dense and heavy bones, which will cause you to weigh more, muscle weighs way more than fat, so if you're more muscular than skinny fat, you're also going to be heavier. Stop judging by the scale and that stupid measurement, look at your body objectively and make sure you're healthy. And make sure you eat enough to maintain yourself.0
