A million times better yes. I remember your pics from before. Your belly needed firming up, and you're largely there. Also, yes, non processed, plant orientated food is by its nature non fattening.

Congrats on the weight loss. I will be honest. Looks like you. Naturally put weight on your stomach. Like a man. Overall not a great body. You will have to stay abnormally unattractively skinny to keep the weight off your stomach.
So what do you suggest?
My girlfriend is the same. It's nothing you can do to change your body type.Just try and get to a weight that you feel comfortable and healthy and don't stress about it.

Well everything as long as it's plant based, mainly raw because it's healthier, I do eat big portions of food tho and whenever I'm hungry
But which did you focus on more? Vegetables or fruits?
Both as well as a lot of nuts and seeds, many bananas and avocados, a lot of cashews as we as dates and lentil, parsley, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, zucchini, watermelon, corn...

Yea of course :D if you're considering a vegan diet I highly recommend it, not because of weight loss but because you'll feel much better on the inside (the weight loss is a plus tho 😉)

Raw vegan diet and 30 minutes of workout a day I try to mix it up a bit: cardio, Pilates, runs, cycling...
