  • A million times better yes. I remember your pics from before. Your belly needed firming up, and you're largely there. Also, yes, non processed, plant orientated food is by its nature non fattening.

  • Congrats on the weight loss. I will be honest. Looks like you. Naturally put weight on your stomach. Like a man. Overall not a great body. You will have to stay abnormally unattractively skinny to keep the weight off your stomach.

    • My girlfriend is the same. It's nothing you can do to change your body type.
      Just try and get to a weight that you feel comfortable and healthy and don't stress about it.

    • Well everything as long as it's plant based, mainly raw because it's healthier, I do eat big portions of food tho and whenever I'm hungry

    • Yea of course :D if you're considering a vegan diet I highly recommend it, not because of weight loss but because you'll feel much better on the inside (the weight loss is a plus tho 😉)
