What do you think of my body [pic] (from a former fat person)?

I know, it's always weird to post your body pics and ask random strangers what they think about it, but I really need honest opinions. In the past 2 years, I've lost over 70 lbs and I've never had the courage to wear anything revealing, yet alone a bathing suit. The only person that has seen my body is me. So it would be nice to know what do you think of my body [pic] (from a former fat person)?

I picture on the left is me at 185lbs and the right is me now at 115.

    • Thanks! It sounds really repetitive , but just regular diet and exercise (mostly diet though). Losing weight is pretty much having a calorie deficit. I would try to find what your daily maintenance for calories is and eat 200-300 kcals less than that. Also I found that eat a low carb diet (<120) really worked with my body chemistry in losing most of the weight. If you have questions, let me know!
