  • Focus on walking up straight and standing up straight. Puff up your chest and look forward, not down. If you feet are facing eachother straighten them to face where you're walking. Sit up straight without slouching. Work out your back and your legs because those will be the major muscles in posture.

  • I think one of the first things is to think of the chairs you have and how you sit, I believe starting there helps with posture. Keep the back straight when sitting will encourage straightening up when walking

  • what you mean by posture? do you mean body parts like arms, legs, chest, etc? if you mean this then start going to the gym
