I've been going to the gym for the past year and I felt very good but for the past 2 months now I haven't been able to go to the gym as I've had glandular fever so I was advice to stop for 2 months. I can't get straight into it again but I will be in 2 weeks as I have exams coming up! Anyways it sucks that I got sick right before summer, there's not much I can do about it but how do I look? I'm 5'7 and 116 pounds (I know that sounds skinny but I don't look like it in the photos I look normal) am I okay or should I start working out sooner and harder?
