  • It depends on the proportion of your weight to your height. If you're shorter you're gonna look a bit chubbier but if you're taller and more stretched out you have nothing to worry about because you're pretty much very skinny. For example I'm 5'9" and 140lbs you would think that i'm fat but in person i'm actually pretty skinny

  • Maybe you don't look thin (from your point of view), but when talking about a healthy weight you are all good. No need to lose weight. Just eat healthy and exercise.
