I'll be honest, I had slight assymetric eyes and nose a couple years back but now they are not VERY SURE not delusional, it was always quite slight though
I mean think about Stephen Hawking, over the course of time his face completely shifted to one side due to paralysis so it must be happening subtly for normal people too who say, sleep on one side more. Chew with one side more etc
