  • We are all not quite symmetrical. However, the non-symmetry is usually small enough that you cannot notice it without close inspection and measurement. If you are seeing that, then either your posture has been bad, or there are physical difficulties. See a doctor who can check you out, possibly with an x-ray, and prescribe therapy or other procedures to fix it.

  • This is often due to posture issue or muscle imbalance. Many people have those though so if its not that dramatic its not that big of a deal. If you're not sure though go see a physical therapist and he can prescribe you some exercises that can fix that.
