    That is exactly the type of abs I like, subtle and defined, but not too overdone.

  • Your not too muscular which is great, so many guys over-do it, which isn't a bad thing necessarily, personally I just prefer toned rather than a hard out 6 pack... You look good 😉☺️

      But that 1 month helped me gain confidence on who i was and who i really want to be :D

  • How tall are you or is your upper body longer then your legs? I think a faraway shot may look better, the weird camera angle makes your pecks look low.

      I'm similar to your height and used to weigh around that much. You have a good base to start with. You will feel better and look better with a bit more mass. I use the Isokinator Green Giant 3x a week but most feel that is too expensive for them.

      All you really need to do is focus on compound movements, one day on, one day of, enough calories, preferably a slight surplus, enough sleep and workouts with progressive overload in mind.

      Our bodies do not want to build muscle or fat, they have to be ''told'' too as I'm sure you know. I would also recommend you do rotator cuff warmups and strengthening exercises too.

      Yeah I know, I honestly don't know how my body looks so good without ever working out. My arms are a bit thin though
