Can bisexuals legally be married to both a man and a woman?

Just curious if anyone knows the answer to this question, since same sex marriages are legal in some states now, etc...

  • 1. Laws in countries I'm pretty sure don't allow even polyandry / polygamy
    2. But certain culture sure allow marriage of one man to more than one woman, one woman to more than one man, a group of brothers marrying a group of sisters etc
    3. However, I'm unsure if any culture allows bisexual marriages
    4. The best solution in such a case is to be in a place that allows polygamy, marry the person of the opposite gender and practice what one wants to behind closed doors - the simplest solution :) - Western countries that practice Christianity as the major or official religion certainly aren't the place for polygamy

  • Do you mean at the same time? The answer to that'd be no.

  • In some countries, polygamy is legal, but they're not the kind of countries that would allow gay marriage. So I doubt it
