Just as someone in that link there shows that you can sue someone for NOT being scammed by a gold digger.

If you can provide one example where a man succeeded in winning case against a woman for being a gold digger. In order for something to be considered illegal, there has to be at least one case where a charge was made and found said defendant to be guilty of fraud, and then determining that gold digging was fraud. It would then make gold digging illegal because its fraud.

But as far as I know this has yet to happen.
