I have braces so I have to go to the orthodontist every month or every couple of months for adjustments.
As for the regular dentist, I last went for a cleaning and check up 6 months ago, and I'm due to go again soon. I've lost my insurance though, so I can't afford to go. I also haven't had an X-ray in 2 years because of my braces (the metal reflects the light back at the scanner), so who knows what the hell is lurking inside my teeth. X-rays are very expensive and I know I'll need one when I get my braces off next year - hopefully I'll have insurance then. My ortho has not seen any cavities though. I have never had a cavity and hope to keep it that way :)

Hmm, I had to get a filling fixed about 4 months ago, I suppose.
It was a really easy visit because that's all it was... in and out in a jiffy.
I hate going to the dentist. It's never good news, haha!
This last time I went was about a couple months ago. But before that I hadn't been to the dentist in well over two years!!! Simply because I didn't have the time. When I finally went I found out I had three cavities. And they had to treat them. After that they told my to brush and floss my teeth twice a day and to come back in six months. If you've missed it for a long time a suggest you make and appointment, because we really don't know what we put into our mouths until they tell us. And go before it's to late lol. I hope I was if good assistance.
2 weeks ago...first visit in 6 years...
1) I have no insurance and pay it out of pocket.
2) every dentist I've been to as an adult was rough and unpleasant. You need to go to keep your real teeth in your mouth. I had to go when my teeth started to get sore.

Last month. It was just a regularly scheduled meeting. Nothing special.
