Find a way to make yourself more active. More time *doing* things and less time sitting around with a fridge nearby. Bike, walk, go shopping, whatever.
Here are some key things as well :
* Drink water - sugar drinks are the #1 reason this country is so fat. A coke is 100+ calories of absolute nothing.
* Avoid fast food. I love McDonalds hamburgers like crack cocaine but I won't' go there at all because it is so bad for you. They use fatty cuts of meat and so much salt its surprising it doesn't kill you on the spot.
* Lift weights. Muscle burns calories per day - fat doesn't.
* Avoid white bread and pasta.
But again - just get out and do things. When you are super busy - you forget to eat. I'll be working on a project around the house like putting up crown moulding and forget to eat for half the day. If I sat there watching TV -I'd be snacking the whole time.
Weight is really a simple formuala - calories in must be burned off or they go to fat. You have two choices - eat less or workout more. If you can combine a bit of both - it can be less painful.
Dean Karnasis one of the fittest men alive is a super long distance runner. When asked why he runs he replied - Because I like Pizza. When he runs 50 miles a day - he can consume 15,000 calories and eat all the pizza he likes.
Most people can't handle the extreme's of high excercise or drastically reducing calories. Go for a little of both and moderate.

Then you're going to have to do a lot of working out. Run for a couple of miles every other day. Do some aerobic exercises. Only way if you have some eating disorder or something that prevents you from eating healthy.
go online there are a ton of support groups for people with eating disorders. I am exercise bulimic so I completely understand. there are also good books that you can find about eating disorders at your local book stores. I would also looking into talking to your family daughter they can help and they can't say anything to your parents if that is a concern. feel free to message me.
My aunt was talking to a nutritionist - she says anything that you eat consistently for 6 weeks you will begin to enjoy. So try eating the same healthy food everyday for 6 weeks. This will cause your body to like / enjoy the food you are eating.

Then you need to change your habits. Check into books on how habits are formed and how to change them. When you are triggered to grab something unhealthy, go for a walk instead of eating until the feeling passes.
Maybe it is a hormonal problem. I would take a genetic test or see a nutritionist about it
Get some self control dumbass. Obviously if you eat everything in sight you are going to keep being a fatass. Fucking idiot. Hope this is good motivation for you.
