Do Cupcakes Have Soy?

I probably sound dumb for asking this but I'm trying to send a housewarming gift from Georgetown Cupcakes and my friend's allergic to chocolate and soy so I'm trying to be mindful and not send something she can't enjoy with her family.

They might but not likely. Ask the baker to tell you if it does. Soy lecithin is a fairly common ingredient.

That's what I was thinking too, that they didn't. Just to be sure I checked, but their website says nothing. I tried Googling it too but no luck there so I think I'm good? Just hoping someone who's a health professional might comment too

oh I didn't see she is allergic to chocolate too. In that case I would pass because there could be cross contamination. Food allergies could be very serious so I wouldn't risk it. Maybe you could bake them yourself
