Are tongue piercings "slutty"?

I think that any time you get a piercing in a place where it can't be seen because it's normally hidden by either clothes or something else (in this case, your mouth), it's gotta be for sexual reasons because nobody is going to see it or even know it's there but you and the people you're sleeping with.

Is having one slutty? No. But advertising that you have one is, because as I said, it couldn't possibly be for anything other than sexual reasons since nobody else will see it or even know it's there. Of course there are cultural exceptions but for the sake of this question I'm excluding them.

A piercing is jewelry. Jewelry is decoration. Decorating something people can't see is totally pointless. That's my two cents.

I would say that most girls I've met or seen who have tongue piercings are much more sexual. I don't know about "slutty", but these girls definitely seemed to be exposing more, kissing more, and doing more things.

Slutty? Not necessarily. I think the word 'trashy' would be a more appropriate description. Not to say that everyone with a tongue ring is trashy, but that is the initial judgement I make when I see someone with a tongue ring. It sort of grosses me out first of all, and then I begin to question why they got the ring. Is it because they disrespect their body that much? Or because they're trying to turn on males with it? I don't know. Don't get one they're nasty.

I think it depends on who has it and what their own intentions are for it.

I have my tougne peirced, but it's not for "sexual" reasons. I have an oral fixation, where I like things involving my mouth. THAT sounds dirty, but it's actually things like chewing gum, chewing my nails, chewing on anything really.

So for me, this tougne ring, decreases my chewing habbits and actually just lets me play with it.

I'm a girl who thinks piercings look good. I like the look of moderate gages and rooks and industrials and such. For some reason a tongue piercing comes off as slutty to me just because every girl I've seen with a tongue ring has been a bit sleezy.
