When a guy buys lingerie for his girlfriend, is that really a gift for him?

I was just thinking about it. For me "personally" I just feel like it is more of a gift for him than me. Any different perspectives? Do you think this is a good gift for a guy to buy his girlfriend for the holidays (besides Valentine's Day)?

You deserve as many presents as possible.  A nightie DOESN'T count!  Instead of 5 presents, the nightie reduces that number to 4 because according to Queensbury Rules of Greenwich,UK, lingerie does not count as a present to the woman.  I'll bet you feel stiffed.  Stupid lingerie.  It's not fair!  It's just not fair!

Men buy lingerie the same way kids buy cereal.  They buy things they know nothing about just to get the prize that's inside.

Please be a cool chick and don't give him a hard time over it.  We're guys - generally we mean no harm.  We love you ladies so much.  Just be kind and give us some nookie and dress up a bit in lingerie.  It brings us so much happiness.  Doesn't it make you feel good to make your guy feel good?
