Is a manicure and pedicure a good birthday gift?

Hey my girlfriends birthday is coming up and I was wondering if a manicure/pedicure at one of those nice nail places would be a good gift. I am a high school student so I don't have huge amounts of money but I was wondering if this would be an OK gift. I have gotten her a really nice bracelet in the past for Christmas but right now I don't have the money for something like that so would you be disappointed if you got something like this as a gift?

Awe, you're so sweet ! I wouldn't be dissapointed, plus aren't they expensive anyways? I got my nails down a while ago and I think it was at least fourty dollars. Which in my opinion anything over fourty is too much, haha. Unless it's my birthday and we've been together forever. I dated a guy for nine months and all I ever got was fast food. -.-

Aww that'd be a nice gift to give her :) you should also add something personal in there as well, depending on how long you've been together. Maybe a little written note, doesn't even have to be that long, that has something personal like an inside joke or a nickname for her. Anything like that would be good for her birthday :)

That's a great gift :) She prob. wouldn't want you to spend a lot of money anyway. Pair it with a sweet card with a couple sentences about how you feel about her. It's pretty impossible to be disappointed with something from the heart. Good Luck :)

No, I wouldn't be disappointed. I would like it more if it was at an actual spa but it's still a nice gift. :]
