I think its mainly of what's available and what's exotic to them.
If they just immigrated here from the middle east or Asia then they want to experience some thing different for a change.
But it could also be that these guys want to seem like an 'angel' in their parents eyes.
Most of my friends are Arab and Eastern Indian so this happens often.
The guy goes out, parties, sleeps with girls, and everything in between but when its time to settle down the guy gets a nice pure girl who did nothing but study or sit at home during her 20's.
The reason the guy goes for the white girls is they aren't in their clique. In terms or Arabs and Indians. Everyone (or almost everyone) literally knows everyone. Your last name and home town is who you are.
It would be harder for the cousins/aunt/uncles to find out from a white girl vs. an arab girl.

Could be that culturally they seem exotic to them. Many men are attracted to women if they're different than what they're used to, different personalities, different attitudes, different reactions to things than what they expect of women from their own culture. And yeah while it might seem shallow, for some it might even be a bit of a status symbol.

There are some white women who are out of shape and even over weight, plain and average looking, with heat damaged hair yet you sincerely feel that having her on your arm will make guys jealous? I've in no way deemed anyone unfit, I only expressed a theory as to why a select section of men might choose white women in an effort to answer your question. Whoever feels that a white girl, any white girl, is a trophy and some other guys may look at him with jealousy has issues. For one, why do you desire someone to look at you with jealousy? Usually people who need that are insecure and they need other people to want something they have so that they can feel good about themselves. Two, every ethnicity of woman can be beautiful and sometimes more ethnic women are more of arm candy than white women are. So if there's a guy
who associates white heritage with arm candy, then he has some sort of incorrect mentality going on and usually that mentality stems from self hate.
Your logic in the way you've come to this conclusion is flawed. I never said I agreed with the idea, I said shallow people may consider it so if the woman is exotic. The same can be said for people who prize Asians or African Americans this way (they do exist). You jumped to conclusions based on the race I chose to tell you I was. Would you reaction be any different if I said I was Caucasian?
It's not really me jumping to conclusions; a lot of black men tend to have blantant self hate issues and put white females/females who are anything but black on a pedestal and act as if they are trophies. So based on what you said and the way you said it, you seemed like one of them.
If you were Caucasian, it wouldn't make a difference, but minorities are more likely to have self hating mentalities and praise whiteness.
As I said your assumption was mistaken, again all I did was offer a theory as to way "East Indian and Arab" guys might behave this way. I'm a student of behavior and it's one of the reasons I come to this site and offer opinions. I try to help others solve questions. I offered the theory from my experiences seeing this type of "trophy" behavior in some men of many cultures, very possessive mentalities toward Asians and African American women deemed exotic as well.

Even if it was mistaken directly towards you, there are a TON of African American guys who fit my description. I've had them come up to me and say crazy things like "mmm I just love that light skin, it's so sexy" and actually think that I would not be turned off by such ignorance.
I have a tendency to repeat myself for the sake of clarity when peolpe misunderstand me. Don't get me wrong I'm not suggesting your "self hate" theory has no weight for some people. its based on money, history and status. Arabs & E. Indians have a long history with caucasians. British ruled India, Arabs traded w/Europeans in slaves, spices, etc.(today its oil); and some even ruled parts of Europe. So there is a history you may be overlooking.
in terms of $$ and status, Europeans/caucasians dominated a good deal of the world, due to declining kingdoms in India, the Americas, africa, asia, etc. they were able to extract a lot of wealth out of these countries and become very powerful. soon, the arbitrary racial moniker "white" became a symbol of power bcs of the $$ and weapons/army immigrant caucasion populations had throughout the world to inforce their will. Its purely psychological. If India suddenly became a world power, men would start chasing down Indian girls. Inevitably as western civilization continues to decline, so will the percieved value of people, places and things associated with the civilization. You can already see that happening today.

Also, white women seem to age the worse. Spider veigns look the absolute most awful on their light skin.

Most men AND women in general admire white girls about as much as their own (and in some cases more), or at the least admire white girls more than other races/ethnic groups besides their own. That's just how it is and there are reasons for that.

White women don't get those procedures done to be like blacks, Hispanics, and asians. Most of them are pretty content with being white. The tanning and lip injections and stuff are more of a status thing than them want to look like other ethnicity. The tanning specifically derived from whites having the luxury of traveling and returning with a tan. In Asian and black culture the darker skin is viewed as undesirable but in white culture it's viewed as a desirable trait and high status symbol.

Honey, I've lived in Brazil half my life. You can't tell me about what goes on there when it comes to society. Spain may be in Europe but a large amount of the women there
do not look white. There is also Central America where women there have no need to desire to be white looking.

Here’s the thing. Since you included Indian guys in your question, I’ll just go ahead and say, Indians aren’t exactly the most beautiful race out there. Therefore, the guys will go ahead and get with white women. There r even Indian women who also prefer white guys and would get with them more often if it weren’t for cultural restrictions that affect them more severely than the guys. It’s really sad. However, such marriages r increasing. As for Arab men, they like Indian guys, see white women as exotic. The general rule of thumb is people tend to be more attracted to what they deem as more exotic. If I were to go to Western Europe for example, Ik for a fact that I’d get more attention from guys there for not being the typical blonde hair and pale skin woman.

In our culture, even thought it’s changing, we won’t get to choose our partners because going against a parent’s wishes is u heard of. Also, tbh, that guy Vikram and his wife r most likely going to have a loveless marriage. Also, I’m sure there’s an exception to foreigners, but in these marriages, the girl’s family has to pay a dowry to get married. I just hope that when our generations have kids, they won’t hold on to these stupid outdated ideals of choosing who your kid will marry smh. The ideals are changing though slowly and that too for Indians abroad. I don't know how long it’ll take Indians directly from the motherland to be so open minded though.
