i think for lots of younger guys in relationships they can forget to appreciate what they have and show their appreciation for it. we'll tell a girl they're beautiful, hot, sexy, etc in the beginning but maybe slack on that later simply because we are inexperienced in relationship. For guys being told we're hot simply isn't often as important as it is for women (and I'm not trying to be sexist it just is).
...For example I feel kinda awkward when my girlfriend tells me I'm hot, I've just never felt the need to hear it or been told very often I am attractive and I think that goes back to deep seeded gender roles. but anyway I digress...
just talk to him. tell him you are feeling unappreciated and are frankly tired of hearing about other girls. it's bad form and dissrespectful. if he doesn't change it may be time to move on to a guy who will appreciate the person he's with
...i know how his actions make you feel but I highly HIGHLY doubt his actions are any indication or reflexion on you rather than just a reflexion on him

He's not respecting your feelings and that's a bad thing. As time goes on, I bet you'll he'll stop respecting your feelings on other terms too. Sit down and tell him if he doesn't start respecting your feelings that you can't do it. It's not really an ultimatum because it's a necessary part of being in a relationship. Respect, trust, and communication are the solid base of a relationship and without them, the relationship will fall apart. Tell him this and if he fails to start respecting your feelings than dump him.
BUT, here are some questions you need to ask yourself first and think hard about them.
1) Have you changed physically since you started dating?
2) Have you neglected some of his needs? Is he neglecting your needs? This guy *might* be spiteful and calls out other girls as a form of payback which then you should dump him for his immaturity.
3) Do you really like this guy? Is he worth it?
