2. Put your fear into context

- What is the worst thing that could happen?

3. Rationalize

- Look at what you wrote down.

- Think logically about it.

4. Force yourself to relax

- Strech and take a deep breath.

5. Acclimate yourself to the fear

- Face your fear.
