I would say Naomi Campbell looked the same... but she really didn't.
There are pics of her when she was FAR younger than that.
You could SEE the difference.

With that being said,
Many of these celebs without the glits and glamour look below average or okay to me.
But lets... just say they are done up like they are in photos.
I would choose
Naomi Campbell and Cindy Crawford.
