This will probably sound like a P. C. answer, but I don't intend it to be.
For me, there's no such thing as a "prime". I think it's a bullshit concept propagated by people that wanna sell shit under the guise of "keeping you in you're prime". Because apparently aging gracefully is something well should be all terrified of.
For me, a person"s out of their prime when they stop giving a shit about themselves, when they stop investing in themselves, and when THEY believe that their primes have passed. The rest is just a bunch of arbitrary B. S.
When looking at it physically? I'd say around 55-60. I've had sex with a woman for like 2 hours who was 23 years older than me. I was 19 and she was 42, she was still hot and fairly good looking. Maybe her body wasn't all tight anymore but I still enjoyed it.
People accomplish things at every age in life. Some value themselves based on what they've accomplished, while others value themselves in regards to other people's opinions of them.
Not too many people value faith in God these days, but my value is determined by the way He sees me. From there it stems to how i see myself no matter what age i am. Most of us have those days where we feel worthless, but there's a beauty in living another day and gaining more wisdom.
I feel like we pretty much decide when we are at our prime. It's when we feel the most confident and comfortable in our skin. Society puts an age on things, but when it comes down to the individual, it's all about how they carry themselves.
A woman is past her prime when she stood taking care of her mind and body. PERIOD!

Lol people gain value with age but today's society shows that getting old is "not cool". The big relief is the next generation of people think anyone over 25 is old and a piece of shit. This pleases me because clearly this next generation will be immortal and always be under 25. They deserve it for having such fantastic morals and even more fantastic grammar. Sexually woman are past their prime when they can't fuck anymore but I believe a woman is at her sexiest from the age of 28 to 45.
For me, a woman is past her prime the second she BELIEVES she is past her prime. I know several incredibly alluring and sensual women past their late forties and into their fifties.
Physically? 25 probably. Younger for some older for others.
However being outside your prime doesn't mean one has fallen off a cliff. It just means not at ones peak any more.
My girlfriend (and soon to be fiancee) is in her late 30s, and I love her dearly. I don't think anyone is truly past their prime unless they give up on living.
If she is married to a man who love her and has kids who depend on her, she is never past her prime.
id say 25 after that it's all down hill for women.
I say after 25.
