your body can only process so much food you take into your body. after a set amount of food your body puts everything else you eat after that directly into the 'waste category' and it all comes out as poop. your stomach is flatter the next morning because it is empty not because you got skinnier. when your stomach is flat it doesn't mean you lost weight it just means you have an empty stomach. good indicators of weight loss are your face fat and how fibrous your muscles look.

I actually read an article about a year ago (www.cnn.com/.../index.html) that smoking marijuana can help reduce the rates of diabetes because it does help your body metabolize carbohydrates. by that logic you could potentially lose weight as a result of smoking because you are metabolizing carbohydrates better and faster; HOWEVER, a lot of people who smoke also eat a lot of food and most often not healthy food.
if you could curb the munchies after smoking I would imagine that smoking could help metabolize carbohydrates better

I don't know if weed itself affects metabolism. But you might just have a more higher than average metabolism anyway. Pun intended. I can raid my entire kitchen after smoking I'll weigh myself a day or two later and I've pretty much put on no weight. Be careful it will catch up on us one day and we will balloon :)
usually even if you eat a lot the day before and you wake up the next morning your stomach should always appear flatter, or look like its empty. usually. and it also depends if you ate foods that had extremely high sodium content. that will affect how big your stomach will look in the morning. but weed actually making you skinnier just by smoking it? no. what you do with your lifestyle on your person health after you smoke weed will have an affect yes. but weed won't magically make you skinnier.
I do not think thc effects metabolism. When u wake up in the morning, your stomach should be smaller (or flatter w/e) because your body is deprived of food the after sleeping
No, but your brain won't leave slowly if you stop smoking.
