people tell me guys love girls who are easy to get, snobby and are totally bitchy and then others tell me guys like a girl who is shy, innocent and not too easy to get... which one is more accurate?

Everyone likes everyone.

But to narrow that down some, girls that are 'easy to get' will be just that. They will have plenty of relationships with decent guys, but unfortunately, playing easy to get doesn't make you feel like that big of an accomplishment to a guy and while he might have been very attracted to her at first, he will feel he can do better. (Regardless of whether or not he actually can.)

That said, don't put shyness on a pedestal. Learn to embrace your fellow human, and work on your social skills. Outgoing and easy to get are not the same thing.

People like all sorts, but generally we want girls we can be proud of marrying (ie not just hook ups). These girls are like the princesses of various fairytales. Not exactly of course, some may be fiesty others not quite so innocent, but it's a long way from bimbos and "easy girls". The main thing for me is they be lady-like/respectable. No getting wasted on alcohol and vomiting everywhere or messing themselves in public, excessively bad language, etc.
