It may not be that he's not masturbating anymore and has to do with him not telling you that he's masturbating. Then this would raise another question. Why would he tell you that he masturbates and then all of a sudden stop telling you? one reason could be that you don't show any interest when he's telling you about it so he may have gotten the hint to stop telling you about it.
