Ok I'm self conscious about my boobs because they're big. They're a size 34 DD and I'm 14 and just started going to highschool. I don't like running or jogging cause I'm embarrassed about them shaking.

And now I just bought a new shirt and hen I buttoned it up the buttons popped off. :(

Get good quality bras and make SURE they are the right size and style. Just don't worry about it. Wear clothes that cover them up, but at the same time, don't hide them completely.

Then it isn't good enough. They will shake no matter what, even if they were smaller. I wear a 32C yet I shake a whole bunch.

There are bras that are supposed to make them look smaller, although I've heard they weren't really comfortable.

have you considered surgery? You can get them reduced if they are causing you health problems like back aches etc (at least you can here in the UK).

Maybe with parents' consent but I doubt it'd be helpful or healthy since the asker is still developing.

Well here in the UK it's 18 (I only know that as I had a BR done myself at 21 some four years ago) I have no idea about other Countries, but I wouldn't mind betting that it will be around the same age bracket.

I've checked some doctors' websites in Turkey and it says they can be done at any age but for the best result, the patient should wait until her breasts stop developing.
And that is fucked up. Kinda awkward too, to be honest.

you're not the only one. Mine aren't as big as yours (but i am younger) but I still understand. It's painful and you just feel like everyone's staring, which is why I prefer to wear t shirts on most days to hide it. A lot of guys are apparently "into" this stuff but one thing people don't realize is that not all of my life is revolved around what guys want. "Guys like tall girls" "Guys like girls with big butts" "Guys like girls with big boobs" "guys like curvy girls" When will you people realize that maybe not everyone wants what guys want. Hear me out. Anyways there's no way to really cope with this easily tbh. Like I said maybe wear a tshirt so it's less noticeable, or maybe get a smaller bra to stop them from moving so much. I'm sorry this probably didn't help, but I understand your pain. I guess we just learn how to deal with it like real women. Good luck!

Hm... I'll have to think about that. I don't know my size bc tbh I wear a smaller size than I really am, bc im comfortable in tight clothes. And yes I ALWAYS feel like people are staring. And for a person like me who is more of a wallflower, it sucks

Yeah, I could see how that would be frustrating. We all have things about our bodies that we are self conscious about. You just have to dress for your body. And tell your family that it bothers you. They shouldn't be making fun of you about the way your body looks, because you can't change that. How rude.
