I am not exactly sure which blood I have more of so I will put the three most prominent.
Czech
Dobrý Den ( Hello )
Hungarian
Szia ( the universal word for hello and goodbye )
German
Hallo ( hello and is used in all parts of Germany )
Moin ( another word for hello but is used in the northern part of Germany )
Servus ( another word for hello but it is used in the southern part of Germany )

Hoi, alles goed?
Hallo, hoe gaat het?
Hey, alles oke?
you can switch all the first words around and itll still work lol
but the 2nd comes closest to what you're asking.
the other 2 are more closed-questions because the only right answer is yes or no.

English if my native language, but my family's language is Russian. It's been awhile since I've written it out, so I hope this is all correct, lol.
Formal greeting: Здравствуйте, как поживаете? (Zdravstvuyte, kak pozhivayete?)
Informal greeting: Привет (Privet). The equivalent of saying "Hi" in English . You would only say this to friends or people you've known for awhile.
damn those are some cool letters
mine would be... Dia duit , conas atá tú?
But I do not speak Irish unfortunately, so this is google translated :( only about 40% speak it down south, and virtually none in the north.

@WhiteSteveHallo, hoe gaat het?
This is the most common sentence. Literally translated: hello, how goes it?
You can aslo say: hey/hallo, alles goed?
This is more informal and it literally means: hello, everything good?Hej, hur går det?
Hej, hur mår du?
Hej, hur är det?
There are so many different ways you can say it in hahahaThere are some ways:
Oi, como vai?
Oi, como está?
Oi, como vai você?
(if you replace "oi" for "olá" it's right too).
There are informal ways too, but we only use it in our day by day in informal situations, like: "E aí?".Sups *does nod*
