In terms of that sort of jiggle ass width doesn't matter, ass depth does. That girl doesn't have a wide ass but she definitely has some ass.

There is also a technique element. The flutes need to be relaxed. Note when for example she's clappig under her legs there's no jiggle - the glutes are flexing.
