I like nature as well, and taking long walks. Reading and listening to music while doing that helps clear my mind when I'm stressed. Yoga or stretching exercises help me calm down as well. Once in a while, I blog or just watch funny, entertaining Youtube videos to get my mind off certain things, or if it's not that, I study, which, surprisingly, distracts me from things that are bothering me, haha.
Aside from that, like any other person out there, I enjoy talking or socializing, but I'm mostly the one that listens, not talks. XD1
