so recently I have noticed I have gotten a lot skinnier and it's gotten to the point I actually feel weaker.
I still work out and try to eat as much as possibe, but weight seems to just be falling off.
I have been under a lot of stress and not sleeping well, could that be why? Or should I go to the docs?

It's probably the stress. Doesn't hurt to get a check up. I lost weight too about 14kg and I have so much more energy and courage so no it doesn't sound normal.1
