What is -150(325-1.68) and tell me how do you solve it?

I don't know I would solve it iy doesn't feel right mutiplying the 150 in all the numbers inside the paranthesis.

  • You do whatever is in the parenthesis first unless there are variables and that's when you distribute. You would subtract 1.68 from 325 which would give you 323.32. Then you would multiply that by -150 which would give you -48,498. I'm 99% sure that is right, terribly sorry if it isn't.

  • I am terrible at math too but here I'll guess at it.

    325- 1.86 = 323.32

    -150 x 323.32 = -48498

    That's all I got -shrug-
