for the last week or two i have been looking really tired and my skin has been red and dark circles under my eyes. I get 9 hours sleep and i excercise and don't eat junk food and i usually drink gluten free milk but like two weeks ago i started drinking regular milk because my mom kept forgetting to get gluten-free. So is it the dairy that's causing this?

Not sure about you cuz everyone's different but dairy is my go to to wake up. A good tall glass of chocolate milk gets me goin. So maybe but i don't think so. Maybe the milk has less vitamin B than your gluten free milk? Taking a B-12 or B-complex vitamin once a day would probably perk you right up. It helps your body to get energy from digestion more efficiently. I would bet that that's what your drowsiness is from0
